I have tried several times but mobile verification code is not coming. This is very frustrating that you are right at your place but still company is not. This site has technological problem or this is fake.

Inability to cash out after hours of surveys

I recently found this website and thought it was fantastic. When I finally earned enough points for a withdrawal, after several hours of attempting, it said to "check your phone number." I attempted to get the $5 Best Buy card, but it was unsuccessful. Please send the code to saifalam36936@***.com, which is my email address. You can take my account's points away. It would also be helpful if you remove phone number verification from my account as it is troubling and would make me way more satisfied without it.

I lost my points on my balance!

GrabPoints - I lost my points on my balance!
Hi I have a big problem! I had around 13000 points on my account and when I went on grabpoints yesterday everything was fine but when I woke up this morning my points were back to 0 points! I would like an explanation as to why my points are gone! I would really appreciate it if you could help me! Thank you!
